Italy, 30^th of May, 2008 –– Alessandro Bolzan appointed General Manager of SECURUS and SYAC.

The SECURUS Group has appointed Alessandro Bolzan General Manager of both the SECURUS Group and SYAC SpA.

Alessandro has more than 20 years experience in management control, start-ups, company reorganizations and international expansion.

From 1998 to 2004, as Financial Manager of Ultrak Italia SpA, he was closely involved in the due diligence work leading to the acquisition of Ultrak by Honeywell in 2002. Consequently, Alessandro has been Financial Manager of NEXXT SpA since its start-up.

Since 2002 he has been actively involved in multiple due diligence exercises as both acquirer and target.
