Italy, 10^th of December, 2008 –– SYAC group issues its corporate brochure at the SICUREZZA 2008 trade show.

Founded in 2004, SYAC Group has combined eight synergistic companies with a common vision and positioned itself to take advantage of heightened worldwide security and the rapid transition to IP networked systems.

SYAC SpA was the first company acquired by the Group. Consequently, SYAC group started-up ANDOR Srl (rebranded SYAC Systems Srl in 2008), NEXXT SpA, UAB "SYAC projektai", SYAC BRASIL LTDA, SYAC USA Corp and SYAC Slovenia d.o.o.
