Italy, 21^st of January, 2009 –– SYAC group finalizes the acquisition of SYAC UK Ltd.

The SYAC group has finalized the acquisition of SYAC UK Ltd, located in Watford, Hertfordshire, for the marketing, sales and support of the SYAC group offering in UK.

Diversified Electronic Security group that combines complementary product manufacturing, distribution and marketing subsidiaries, SYAC group consists now of nine companies - including the group parent company - which were set up or acquired to create a one-stop shop for Professional Security Buyers.
