Italy, 15^th of January, 2008 –– SECURUS finalizes the acquisition of SYAC USA Corp.

The SECURUS Group has finalized the acquisition of SYAC USA Corp, located in North Charleston, South Carolina.

The company will be responsible for the marketing, sales and support of the SECURUS products in USA.

Since its foundation in 2004, SECURUS has combined six synergistic companies with a common vision and positioned the Group to take advantage of heightened worldwide security and the rapid transition to IP.
